Biltmore Dental Group was a lifesaver for me when I was in Asheville on vacation and had a crown fall out. They promptly fit me into their schedule and I was up and running the next day! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, too.

I was so impressed with every person that I came in touch with.They were all so pleasant. I was so nervous and Dr Duncan and his dental assistant were so calming and I felt the fear decrease immediately. I am so thankful that I heard about Dr Duncan. I would recommend him and this office absolutely.

I have been going here for years. They are the best team and always take care of you and make you feel very comfortable. I would rate them 10 out of 10 and I always recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great dental health home.

After years of putting off dental visits, I was honestly nervous about scheduling my first appointment — but my experience here completely exceeded my expectations. When I first called to schedule, I spoke with Kim, and she immediately put me at ease. She was kind, patient, and took the time to address all of my concerns, which made taking that first step so much easier. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly welcoming. Elliot made check-in easy and stress-free, and Julia, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, Dr. Pence went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. At no point did I feel judged or embarrassed for delaying my dental care. Instead, I felt supported, respected, and genuinely cared for. They created such a calm, reassuring environment that it completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist. I’m so grateful to have found a practice that prioritizes compassion just as much as quality care. Highly recommend to anyone — especially if you’ve been putting off dental visits like I did.

Found this practice using my insurance’s website. After calling and confirming they take MetLife, I made an appointment in the same week. Was told the first appointment would be just scans, but then a cleaning spot opened up! Had my first appointment after YEARS of neglecting regular dental cleanings and check-ups. Hunter and Dr. Pence were absolutely awesome, not to mention Elliott at the front desk. Hunter (my hygienist, I hope I’m getting his job title right) was super quick to get my x-rays done and was very gentle with the cleaning. Overall, maybe the best dental experience I’ve ever had.
